Simple and easy clients user interface in one page. You can see the options on the toolbar (personal history, activity calendar, create a New event , fill in questionnaires, review psycho-educational material, write notes and review the case formulation that your psychotherapist, has shared with you, the client. click on the image for a walk-through
CBTWebHelper is a closed system for the management of therapy sessions/clinical practice, a safe platform for cognitive behavioral therapists in the sense that no client’s personally identifiable information is stored such as email phone number, address etc.
Client’s identification is based on a record number ID which we keep in our Patient’s book or other electronic media. click on the image for a walk-through It offers clinical questionnaires administered via the internet, a semi-structured interview of psycho-social history and current psychological functioning, the Mini Mental Examination for a quick assessment of cognitive functioning. Patient’s History is entered by the client and therapists can ask question while reviewing it in order to clarify things and update its draft notes.
This is not only time-efficient for the beginning of therapy but also gives the therapist useful information about how the client views themselves, their problems, their beliefs and so on. click on the image for a walk-through Through the platform there is access to private (psychotherapist) and public (all therapists) databases of questionnaires that have been filled in by clients in an anonymous manner.
Samples created with up to 9 criteria such Age, Gender, Geographic Area, time window etc. There is a smart and easy access to a variety of statistical tests just for a quick test of our working hypothesis at hand. click on the image for a walk-through Therapists can create theirs own psycho-educational material, as well as build a library of useful and helpful resources (eg diagnostic interview for any disorder or research papers). They can create html pages, upload PDF and scanned images and create customized worksheets to share with their patients.

Also, after a session ends therapists can type DARP (Description, Assessment, Response and Plan) notes, in order to be able to plan their agenda for the next session and have access to the patients’ whole sessions history.
click on the image for a walk-through There are some nice productive automations as we can highlight particular phrases written by the patient, and manage them accordingly (sending them to the Notes section or to particular elements of the Case Formulation, for example intermediate beliefs, coping styles etc). Also there are predefined CBT elements (core beliefs, parenting styles, behavioral strategies etc). By pressing ALT+2,3,4 these notes can be accessed from the Assessments page, the Case Formulation Page and the Treatment Plan page, thus facilitating therapists in all of the above.
click on the image for a walk-through Therapists can use dynamic thought diaries based on the course of treatment by adding, removing and changing columns raw order. This feature is very useful as the diary constantly evolves according to the course of therapy.
